GENERAL SECRETARY
Dominick Luquer is the General Secretary of the International Federation of Actors.
Appointed to this position in 2001 when the Federation was still based in London, he moved the FIA Secretariat to Brussels to be closer to the EU decision-making process. He holds a legal degree from the Catholic University of Milan and a Master’s degree in European law from the College of Europe, Bruges. His main fields of expertise include intellectual property rights, trade union training, fundraising, lobbying and management. He is fluent in Italian, French, English and Spanish.
DEPUTY GENERAL SECRETARY
Dearbhal Murphy is the Deputy General Secretary of the International Federation of Actors.
Appointed to this position in 2008, she holds a degree in languages from University College Cork and a Master’s degree and Diplôme d’Etudes Approfondies (DEA) in International Relations from the University of Limerick and the Institut d’Etudes Politiques, Paris. She assists the General Secretary in all fields of activity of the Federation, with additional emphasis on European affairs and coordinates the work of the European group of FIA: EuroFIA. She is fluent in English, French and Dutch.
HEAD OF COMMUNICATIONS
Anouk Van den Bussche is the Head of Communications of the International Federation of Actors.
Appointed to this position end 2013, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Poitiers and Portland State University, a Master’s degree in Cultural Management from the University of Lille, and a complementary Master’s degree from the European Studies Institute, Brussels. She is in charge of communications for the Federation and coordinates the work of FIAs’ regional group in Latin America: FIA-LA. She is fluent in French, English, Spanish and Dutch.
POLICY OFFICER
Camille Richard is Policy Officer at the International Federation of Actors.
Appointed to this position in 2014, she graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Aix-en-Provence and holds a Master’s Degree in European Politics from the University of Aix-Marseille. She is in charge of the coordination of the 2015 FIA World Live Performance Conference that will take place in Dublin, Ireland and assists the General Secretary and the Deputy General Secretary in their projects. She is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
