Following the completion of its two projects on gender equality, the European group of FIA has decided to update a gender charter it had produced over three decades ago and to use it as a policy tool intended to promote equal opportunities for female and male performers in their professional activities.
EuroFIA has further decided to submit this Charter for gender equality and equal opportunities to the federation’s Executive Committee, which has endorsed it with a view to widen the scope of EuroFIA’s work in this field to the entire FIA membership.
