The European Sectoral Social Dialogue Committee in the Audiovisual sector will hold the first of its three scheduled meetings for 2026 on the 5th of March 2026. This is a hybrid meeting of the committee, with the possibility to attend in person in Brussels, but also to be present online. It will be organised with the support of the European Commission. This meeting brings together delegations from the Trade Union Federations (FIA, FIM, UNI MEI and EFJ) and from our employer counterparts in the Audiovisual sector (namely EBU, FIAPF, CEPI, ACT and CER).
EuroFIA affiliatess who regularly participate in the Social Dialogue will receive the invitation once it is circulated by the European Commission. Expressions of interest in participating in the Social dialogue are welcome at any time and can be sent to the FIA secretariat by any EuroFIA affiliate from an EU or candidate country. Updates on the work of the committee, as well as the substantial project work developed around it are shared at each EuroFIA meeting.
