Designed specifically for FIA members, this comprehensive hub provides essential tools, insights, and guidance to help performer’s unions navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of AI in the arts and entertainment sector.
Artificial Intelligence is reshaping the creative industries, raising urgent questions about performers’ rights, consent, compensation, and control over their voice, likeness, and performances. FIA and its members advocate for human-centric approaches to AI that enhance creativity rather than replace it, and for robust legal and contractual safeguards that protect performers worldwide.
Recognizing the need for clarity and support, FIA has curated a dedicated resource page to empower its members with knowledge, best practices, and actionable advice. The new page is designed as a practical tool, bringing together materials across five key sections:

- Language and Provisions in Collective Agreements and Contracts (access to the documents in this section is restricted to FIA members)
