The International Federation of Actors is saddened by the passing of Luis Brandoni, who served as FIA Vice-President from 2000 to 2004. We send our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and colleagues. Over more than six decades, he built a remarkable career across theatre, film, and television, becoming a familiar and respected presence in Argentine culture.
Luis Brandoni was also deeply committed to representing and defending the rights of performers. His work in the union movement, both in Argentina and within FIA, reflected a strong sense of solidarity and responsibility toward fellow actors. We remember him with respect and gratitude for his contribution to the international community of performers.
