As part of the joint EU funded project “Gender Equality on and off the Stage: A Mapping Project of the European Live Performance Sector”, the European social partners – PEARLE*, FIA, FIM and UNI MEI – are organising a series of four one-and-a-half-hour virtual workshops covering different dimensions of gender equality in the sector.
The Gender Equality Thursdays series will kick off early in September and the four webinars are scheduled as follows:
Sept 16th, 12 – 1.30pm CEST – Covid and Crisis Management for Gender Equality
Oct 7th, 2 – 3.30pm CEST – Addressing Bias and Combatting stereotypes
Oct 28th 3 – 4.30pm CEST Access and Decision-making structures
Nov 18th 3 – 4.30pm CEST – Combatting Sexual Harassment
More details of the first two webinars are included in the FIA calendar of events and we will shortly be able to make available a detailed programme as well as a registration link.
