The next EuroFIA meeting will take place from the 26th to the 28th of September 2017 in Warsaw, Poland, hosted by FIA members ZASP and ZZAP.

The first day of the meeting (26th September) will be entirely focused on the EuroFIA Dance Passport and will be financed through our ongoing project.

You will find all documentation for the two and a half days of meetings below – visible to logged-in EuroFIA visitors only!.

This Practical Information document contains an overview of the hotel location, connections to the airport and the public transport links from the hotel to the Klub Spatif.

The meeting Hotel is the Mercure Warszawa Centrum. Rooms are booked in your name, as part of the FIA group.

The hotel’s webpage includes a section on Location and Access.

There is also advice on the Warsaw Airport site about how to get into town, with details on public transport options, as well as taxis. A taxi ride will come to some 45zl (10€), but FIA will not be able to reimburse any taxi costs from our project funding.

The Dance Passport Meeting will take place in Klub Spatif.

The EuroFIA meetings will be in the Hotel Mercure.

ZASP and ZZAP will each kindly host an evening event, where you are warmly invited as guests of the unions. ZASP will host a dinner on September 26th, also in Klub Spatif. ZZAP will host a reception on the 27th (further details shortly to be confirmed).
