ILO Tripartite technical meeting on the future of work in the media, arts and entertainment sector – Geneva, Switzerland, from February 13 to 17, 2023

This is the first tripartite meeting that the ILO is organizing since the Global Dialogue Forum in 2014 to delve on issues pertaining to our sector. Taking place on the week of February 13, 2023, in Geneva, it will bring together government, employers and workers’ representatives to discuss the future of work in the media and entertainment sector, profoundly affected by two painstakingly long pandemic years and wrestling with soaring levels of casual work, job insecurity, systemic inequalities and a very uneven access to fundamental social and labour rights.
