European social dialogue refers to discussions, consultations, negotiations and joint actions involving organisations representing the two sides of industry (employers and workers). This takes place at cross-industry level and within sectoral social dialogue committees. FIA, together with FIM and UNI MEI is a European social partner in the Live Performance and Audiovisual sectors. The European Commission publishes the main negotiated outcomes of the social dialogue in the Social dialogue texts database.
