The OIRA project by the European Social partners will round off with a closing event taking place in Athens on the 15 and 16th of June 2016.
The FIM, FIA, UNI-MEI and Pearle* project to further develop and promote Online Interactive Risk Assessment in the Live Performance Sector is entering its final phase. With the invaluable support of the European Agency for Occupational health and Safety, the European Social partners in the Live Performance Sector and their project consultants have published two risk assessment tools: one geared towards Productions and one towards Venues. These tools are freely available at www.oiraproject.eu/oira-tools.
This event will aim to offer a detailed insight into the use in practice of the OIRA tool, including during touring. It will also aim to offer an indepth focus on the process and practicalities of developing a national tool, in the national legal framework for use in the national context.
It will take place in Athens, at the National Theater/ Rex Building on the 15th of June and at the Michael Cacoyiannis Foundation on the 16th of June.
There will be interpretation in English, Greek and French.
