Collective Bargaining
Collective bargaining lies at the heart of how trade unions represent and act on behalf of their membership. It is a vital tool in achieving better working conditions and remuneration for performers. FIA is a forum for exchange on collective bargaining, where members can share experience and resources. In this section, you will find links to publicly available collective agreements and model clauses relevant to the jurisdictions of FIA members. Further resources are available in the members only section. You may also wish to contact the secretariat if you have specific questions related to collective bargaining.
